慈竹硫酸盐法蒸煮历程的研究

摘要:本研究以慈竹为研究对象,测定了其不同化学组分的含量,研究了其硫酸盐法蒸煮过程中木素含量、综纤维素含量和聚戊糖含量的变化规律,揭示其蒸煮历程。实验结果表明,慈竹原料中纤维素、木素和半纤维素的含量分别为44.35%、25.88%和28.27%,表明其是一种优良的非木材造纸纤维原料。慈竹硫酸盐法蒸煮的脱木素过程分为三个阶段,大量脱木素阶段、补充脱木素阶段、残余脱木素阶段。在大量脱木素阶段,木素脱除率达46.40%,碳水化合物降解率为28.11%,聚戊糖溶出了48.63%;在补充脱木素阶段:木素脱除率达89.72%,碳水化合物降解率为38.71%,聚戊糖溶出率为97.93%;残余脱木素阶段:木素脱除率为96.14%,碳水化合物降解率达38.82%,聚戊糖溶出了94.39%。
Abstract:In this paper, sinocalamus affinis was used as raw material. Bamboo pulp was prepared with the sulfate method to measure the content of different chemical components. The result was studied, including changes in the lignin content, holocellulose content, and pentose content to reveal its cooking process. The results showed that the content of cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose were 44.35%, 25.88% and 28.27%, Respectively indicating that it was an excellent non-wood papermaking fiber raw material. The results showed that the delignification process of bamboo kraft cooking can be divided into three stages: the stage of massive delignification、the supplementary delignification stage、the residual delignification stage. In the stage of massive delignification, the delignification rate reached 46.40%, the carbohydrate degradation rate reached 28.11% and the dissolution rate of pentose reached 48.63%. In the supplementary delignification stage, the delignification rate reached 89.72%, the carbohydrate degradation rate was 38.71% and the pentose dissolution rate was 97.93%. In the residual delignification stage, the rate of delignification was 96.14%, the carbohydrate degradation rate was 38.82%, and the dissolution of pentose was 94.39%.
