摘要:为满足市场需求,本研究对图纹卷烟纸的生产工艺进行了开发,并重点评估了印刷图纹和干压纹2种方式的优劣。结果表明,印刷图纹卷烟纸除D65亮度降低2个百分点,其余指标无明显变化。干压纹卷烟纸压纹结构立体感强、轮廓清晰,正面罗纹强度达13.4%,优于常规卷烟纸;纵向抗张能量吸收8.75 J/m2,能满足卷烟纸正常要求。综上所述,2种方式均能制备出图纹清晰、安全性好的卷烟纸,且对卷烟烟气无不良影响。
Abstract:To meet market demand, the production process of patterned cigarette paper was developed,advantages and disadvantages of two methods were primarily evaluated,including printed patterns and dry embossing. The results showed that for printed patterned cigarette paper, except for a 2 percentage points decrease in D65 brightness, other indicators showed no significant changes. Dry-embossed patterned cigarette paper exhibited a strong three-dimensional embossing structure with clear contours, and the front rib strength reached 13.4%, which was better than conventional cigarette paper, the longitudinal tensile energy absorption was 8.75 J/m², meeting normal cigarette paper requirements. In summary, both methods could produce cigarette paper with clear patterns and good safety, without adverse effects on cigarette smoke.
