| 摘要:为探究国内外烟草薄片的品质差异及生产工艺优化路径,本研究对来自国内外厂家的8个不同品牌烟草薄片的关键化学成分(木质纤维素、总糖、总植物碱等)、热水可溶物、灰分含量进行定量分析,并结合微观形貌和元素分布,综合评价烟草薄片品质。研究发现,各品牌烟草薄片的化学成分差异显著,其中进口烟草薄片的木质纤维素含量(39.43%~43.63%)低于国产品牌(44.08%~49.47%),总糖(8.26%~8.48%)、总植物碱(0.88%~0.96%)、热水可溶物含量(36.76%~37.48%)也均低于国产品牌,而灰分含量(17.27%~17.55%)则高于国产品牌(13.48%~14.91%);此外,国内外烟草薄片的保润剂存在明显差异,进口烟草薄片使用丙三醇作为保润剂,而国产品牌则选用丙二醇。微观结构显示,进口烟草薄片纤维疏松多孔,碳酸钙分散均匀且含功能性多孔添加剂。 |
| Abstract:To investigate the quality differences among reconstituted tobacco sheets at home and abroad and optimize their production processes, this study conducted quantitative analyses on the key chemical components (lignocellulose, total sugars, total alkaloids, etc.), hot water-soluble content, and ash content of 8 different brands from domestic and foreign manufacturers. Integrated with microscopic morphological observations and elemental distribution analysis, a comprehensive assessment for reconstituted tobacco sheet quality was performed. The results indicated significant variations in chemical compositions among the tested samples: specifically, the lignocellulose content of imported reconstituted tobacco sheets ranged from 39.43% to 43.63%, lower than that of domestic brands (44.08%~49.47%). Similarly, their contents of total sugars (8.26%~8.48%), total alkaloids (0.88%~0.96%), and hot water-soluble substances (36.76%~37.48%) were also lower compared to domestic counterparts, while the ash content (17.27%~17.55%) was higher than that of domestic brands (13.48%~14.91%). Furthermore, notable differences were observed in the humectants used: imported reconstituted tobacco sheets adopted glycerol as the humectant, whereas domestic products selected propylene glycol. Microstructural analysis revealed that imported reconstituted tobacco sheets featured loose and porous fibers, with uniformly dispersed calcium carbonate and functional porous additives incorporated. |
