摘要:采用经过筛选的耐碱纤维,在一定配抄方案下制成了适用于锌银电池的新型辅助隔膜。通过基本性能测试和电池实效实验证明,这种辅助隔膜具备较高的吸液速度和吸液率,较低的耐碱损失率和吸碱收缩率,有利于缩短锌银电池的激活时间,有利于提高锌银电池在各种极限条件下的稳定性,是一种性能优良的锌银电池辅助隔膜。
Abstract:The separator used for silver-zinc battery was manufactured by using selected alkali resistant fibers and certain formulation. The testing of its basic property and the battery performance indicated that this separator has fast adsorption speed and high adsorption rate, low loss and shrinkage rate in alkali, it is of benefit to the stability of the battery in harsh working condition and is a good separator for silver-zinc battery.
