摘要:结合“十二五”国家及造纸工业关于发展低碳绿色纸业规划要求，分析了制浆造纸过程能源消耗状况，重点讨论了当今国际上造纸工业提倡推广的先进、成熟、适用的节能技术与装备，为我国造纸工业实现“十二五”节能减排目标提供支持。

Abstract:The national plan of developing low-carbon and green paper industry was defined in the ‘China’s 12th Five Years Plan’, and the situation of energy consumption in pulp and paper industry was introduced. The advanced, mature and available energy-saving technology and equipment, which are promoted nowadays in worldwide paper industry are discussed, the application of the advanced technology and equipment will help realizing the goal of energy-saving and emission reduction in Chinese paper industry.
