摘要:介绍了所设计的置换蒸煮实验装置的基本原理、系统构成及特点,本设计解决了以往置换蒸煮实验装置易堵塞、加热不均匀、取样难等问题。
Abstract:In order to optimizing the technology of Displacement Digester System and realizing the domestication of the system, a simple scientific experimental device was developed. The technology process of Displacement Digester System is used in the laboratory experiment device. The parameters of the key parts of the digester were selected and calculated, then its structure was designed. The problems normally appeared in experimental Displacement Digester System device, including easily jamming, unevenly heating and difficultly sampling were solved in the experimental device developed by the authors with simple structure, lower cost and lower power consumption. This experimental device of Displacement Digester System can provide reliable experimental data for promoting the domestication of this technology.
