摘要:人体在经过复卷机的控制系统时,人体的静电放电时会对系统的上位机、可编程序控制器和调速装置造成伤害从而影响控制系统的正常工作。本文对人体静电的产生、放电规律以及人体静电的能量进行了分析、计算。实践证明,只要做到有效防护,认真执行各项技术措施,人体静电对于复卷机控制系统的影响可以消除。
Abstract:Human body electrostatic discharge around the rewinding control system can cause damage of the upper computer, programmable logic controller and speed control device. The generation, discharge rule and its energy of human body static electricity were analyzed and calculated. It was proved by practice that the influence of human body static electricity on the rewinder control system could be eliminated provided to use the effective protections and implement various technical measures.
