摘要:实验以铁硅铝粉末为导电填料、丙烯酸树脂为胶黏剂,制备了电磁屏蔽涂料;以碳纤维原纸为基体,制备了碳纤维电磁屏蔽涂布纸;并研究不同涂布工艺对其相关性能的影响。实验结果表明,选用碳纤维含量25%的原纸,最佳涂布工艺条件为:填料-丙烯酸树脂质量比为3.0∶1,偶联剂用量为2.5%, 50℃下固化时间40 min,涂层厚度为110 μm,偶联剂的添加方式为综合处理法;在最佳涂布工艺条件下,制备的碳纤维电磁屏蔽涂布纸的最高屏蔽效能达到56 dB。
Abstract:The electromagnetic shielding coatings, based on iron Si-Al soft magnetic powder as conductive filler, were coated on the shielding paper made of carbon fiber to prepare the electromagnetic shielding paper. The influences of different coating conditions on the electromagnetic shielding and conductive properties were investigated. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to research the coating conditions. The results showed that, when ratio of filler to resin was 3.0∶1, coupling agent dosage 2.5%, curing time 40 min at 50℃, and coating thickness 110 μm. The shielding effectiveness of coated carbon fiber paper was shown up to 56 dB.
