摘要:结合美卓公司KajaaniRM3 浓度分析仪在牡丹江恒丰纸业股份有限公司16^#特种纸机上的应用实践，介绍了该仪器的结构与测量原理，采用该仪器对网下白水纤维浓度和碳酸钙浓度进行测量，并分析留着率在线间接测量的原理，介绍了网部留着率的自动控制方案,并对影响留着率的相关变量和控制关系进行了相应描述。

Abstract:The online indirect measurement principle of the retention by using Metso KajaaniRM3 wet end analyzer to measure the consistencies of the fiber and calcium carbonate in the white water under the wire was introduced. The structure and measurement principle of the instrument, as well as the automatic control scheme of retention were also introduced based on its application in the PM16 special paper machine of Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper Corporation. Finally the relation between retention controlling and the factors affecting retention was discussed.
