摘要:研究了浆种、浆料配比、打浆度、碳酸钙形态、压榨压力、罗纹压力、纸张定量对卷烟纸罗纹强度的影响。结果表明,使用亚硫酸盐针叶木浆和桦木浆,配比中增加针叶木浆用量,降低桦木浆打浆度,使用液体碳酸钙,降低压榨压力,提高罗纹压力,降低卷烟纸的纸张定量,均能提高卷烟纸的罗纹强度。

Abstract:The factors influencing spiral making intensity of cigarette paper including the kind of pulp,stock composition, beating degree of pulp, type of calcium carbonate, pressure of the press rolls, pressure of the marking rolls and basis weight were studied. The results showed that sulfite using soft wood pulp and hard wood birch pulp as fiber raw material,increasing soft wood pulp ratio in stock composition,decreasing the beating degree of hard wood pulp, using liquid calcium carbonate,decreasing the pressure of the press rolls, increasing the pressure of the marking rolls and lowering down basis weight could increase spiral marking intensity of cigarette paper.
