摘要:对全棉秆NaOH和Na2C2O4脱果胶动力学进行了实验研究。实验结果表明, NaOH和Na2C2O4的脱果胶反应均属于一级反应。在80℃、90℃、95℃条件下, Na2C2O4的脱果胶反应速率比NaOH的快;100℃条件下, NaOH的脱果胶反应速率比Na2C2O4的快。Na2C2O4的脱果胶反应活化能为50.90 kJ/mol, NaOH的脱果胶反应活化能为79.63 kJ/mol, 表明Na2C2O4的脱果胶能力要好于NaOH。
Abstract:The kinetics of NaOH and Na2C2O4 depectinization of whole cotton stalk were studied. The result showed that the depectinization rate of Na2C2O4 was faster than that of NaOH at the temperatures of 80℃, 90℃, 95℃, however it was opposite at 100℃. The activation energy of Na2C2O4 depectinization was 50.90 kJ/mol and NaOH was 79.63 kJ/mol. The depectinization capability of Na2C2O4 was better than that of NaOH.
