摘要:从网部脱水元件真空抽气量的计算和分配、真空系统流程DCS控制原理、真空泵消音池设计原理和真空泵循环水回收系统的设计等方面介绍了由某公司负责设计的一台幅宽5600 mm、车速800 m/min的箱纸板机真空系统。

Abstract:The paper introduced the process design of vacuum system of the paper machine which was designed by China Light Industry Wuhan Design Engineering Co.,Ltd., the paper machine’s width was 5600 mm, the speed was 800 m/min. The paper was discussed the calculation and distribution of vacuum capacity of the dewatering; the DCS control principle of the vacuum flow; the design of the vacuum silencer; and the design of the recycling of the water used for vacuum pumps.
