摘要:油墨等流体在纸张涂层中的传输直接由涂层本身的渗吸性能所决定。很多印刷质量问题(如墨斑、色彩的均匀性、洇色等)都与涂层材料的渗吸特性关系密切。本文从国内油墨流体在纸张渗透/渗吸行为研究中容易产生的一些认识误区出发,讨论了涂层结构对自渗吸过程的影响、经典渗吸模型在涂层材料渗吸表征上的应用及存在的问题。简述了渗吸模型的修正及渗吸机制模型研究中可行技术手段,最后总结了我国在纸张涂层材料渗吸性能方面的研究与国外的差距。
Abstract:The transport of fluid like printing ink in coating layer of paper is directly dependent on the spontaneous imbibitions performance of coating materials. Many printing quality problems such as print mottle, uneven and bleeding color are commonly caused by the bad imbibitions characteristics of the coating materials. In this review, firstly the easily confusing process of penetration and imbibitions of printing ink in paper or coating materials was elucidated . Then the impact factors of coating layer structure on imbibitions behaviors, the application and limitation of some classical imbibitions models in the imbibitions characteristics of coating materials were discussed and analyzed. Besides, the modification imbibitions models and some feasible technical proposals for further research were also addressed. And the gap on research of coating material imbibitions between China and other countries was illuminated and summarized finally.
