| 摘要:针对以往低压控制系统中出现的可靠性、软起动器使用寿命和可维护性差的问题,采用软起动器二拖多的控制方式对各台需要启动的电机进行控制。通过分析二拖多控制系统的组成特点,提出了软起动器二拖多冗余式控制和交替式控制策略,并对这两种控制策略进行了理论分析。最后通过现场应用证明这种控制策略的可行性。 |
| Abstract:In view of the poor reliability, service life and maintainability of the low voltage control system, the control method of two drive more for the soft starter was used to control the motors which need to start-up. Through analyzing the characteristics of the two drive more control system, the soft starter two drive more redundant control and alternate control strategies were put forward, and the theoretical analysis for these two control strategies were carried out. The feasibility of the control strategy was proved by field application. |
