摘要:以3本民国时期出版的油墨印刷的图书为研究对象,采用以纳米氢氧化镁为主要碱性物质的胶体脱酸液,辅以真空浸渍、真空微波预干燥和真空冷冻稳形干燥相结合的工艺对3本图书进行脱酸处理。结果表明,采用以纳米氢氧化镁为主体的胶体脱酸液,适于民国时期油墨印刷图书的脱酸处理,可有效提高已酸化图书的pH值;采用真空微波预干燥和真空冷冻稳形干燥相结合的干燥工艺比单独采用真空微波干燥的安全性大幅提高,也比单独采取真空冷冻干燥的处理效率大幅提升。
Abstract:Three Republican period books printed with ink and with different sizing degree were studied in this article. They were treated by water-soluble deacidification liquor mainly containing nano magnesium hydroxide, and combining vacuum impregnation, vacuum microwave-predrying and vacuum freezing-drying. It was proved that water-soluble deacidification liquor, mainly contained nano magnesium hydroxide, was suitable for deacidification of the ink-printed books of Republican period, and this method was effective in increasing pH values of the books which have been acidified. Drying process of vacuum microwave-preheating combined with vacuum freezing-drying was much safer than only adopting vacuum microwave-drying, and much more effective than only adopting vacuum freezing-drying.
