摘要:对XGB型旋涡气泵异常发热问题进行研究，利用热成像技术和红外测温技术对发生故障的旋涡气泵的运行状态进行数据监测，综合采集数据进行故障分析，提出故障泵的可行性解决方案，并取得了一定的效果。

Abstract:In this paper， the abnormal getting hot problem of XGB type vortex gas pump was studied， the operation state of vortex gas pump was monitored by thermal imaging and infrared temperature measurement， and the fault analysis was implemented by collecting the data．
