摘要:木素是一种富含芳环结构且来源广泛的可再生生物质资源。木素催化热解制备精细化学品和高品质燃料,是生物质资源全组分综合利用的重要组成部分。木素催化热解不仅可以提高木素热解产物的选择性,还可以提升热解产物的品质和拓宽应用途径。本文较详细地综述了木素催化热解催化剂的几种类型,从催化剂的种类、反应机理、催化效果等方面介绍了国内外的主要研究进展,并指出了木素催化热解工业化过程中存在的技术问题及今后研究工作的主要方向。
Abstract:Lignin is an enormous renewable source which is owning aromatic structure units. Catalytic pyrolysis of lignin is a promising method to produce fine chemicals and high-quality fuels. It is an important part of the comprehensive utilization of biomass resources, meanwhile, it can alleviate the current environmental and energy problems. The selectivity for pyrolysis productions could be improved by catalytic pyrolysis, and this method also reduces the oxygen content of the products to increase the calorific value of the products. This article detailly discusses several types of catalysts for lignin catalytic pyrolysis. The research progress on kind of catalysts, reaction mechanism and the catalytic effect at home and abroadare introduced, the technical difficulties in industrialization of lignin catalytic pyrolysis.
