摘要:结合实际制浆造纸海外EPC（设计-采购-施工）项目中实践经验，简述了制浆造纸海外EPC项目中的标准与质量及二者的特点和相互影响，探讨了如何利用二者的特点及相互影响来进一步优化项目管理，进而提升项目价值。

Abstract:Based on the practical experiences of implementing oversea EPC projects， the standard & quality of the project and their interrelationship were briefly describes. Finally the paper discussed how to use their interrelationship to optimize the project management and improve the project value.
