摘要:T/31SAFCM004—2018《餐饮服务（网络）外卖（外带）用纸碗通用技术要求》是2018年上海市发布和实施的重要团体标准之一，旨在推动消费市场使用可降解外卖纸碗替代外卖塑料送餐盒，减少塑料送餐盒和包装材料产生的环境污染给人们生活带来的一系列负面影响，实现上海市外卖行业以纸代塑的要求。本文介绍了该团体标准的制定原则和主要内容，分析了其与现行有效的GB/T 27591—2011《纸碗》的异同，并简述了团体标准的实施情况和社会意义。

Abstract:General Technical Requirement for Take-out Paper Bowl of Catering Services （Network）(T/31 SAFCM004—2018) is one of the important consortia standards issued and implemented in Shanghai in 2018.It aims to promote the use of degradable take-out paper bowls to replace with plastic boxes in the consumer market， reduce a series of negative impacts on environment from non-degradable plastic， and realize the requirement of replacing plastic with paper in the take-out industry in Shanghai.This paper introduces the formulation principles and main contents of the consortia standard， analyses the differences between the consortia standard and national standard， briefly describes the implementation of the standard and its social significance.
