摘要:云南某纸厂主要以废纸为原料生产牛卡纸及高强瓦楞原纸,产量25万t/a,综合废水处理量为8000 m³/d。原废水CODCr≤5000 mg/L,采用絮凝沉淀+水解酸化+HZIC厌氧反应器(HZIC)+吸附及生物降解(AB)处理工艺,处理后废水CODCr≤90 mg/L,达到地方排放标准。本文主要介绍了该纸厂HZIC处理单元及AB系统处理效果及工艺参数,分析了此工艺的经济效益及环境效益。该纸厂的实际生产实践证明该废水处理工艺具有稳定、可靠、经济的特点,为纸厂的清洁生产提供了有力保障。
Abstract:A paper mill in Yunnan Province mainly produces recycled kraft liner board and high-strength corrugating medum with recycled paper. Its annual output is 250000 tons. and comprehensive waste water treatment capacity is 8000 m3/d. The CODCr of the waste water is less than 5000 mg / L. The flocculation precipitation + hydrolysis acidification + HZIC + AB process was used to treat the waste water. After treatment, CODCr ≤ 90 mg/L, met local discharge standards. This paper mainly introduced the processing effect and process parameters of the HZIC processing unit and AB system and analyzed the economic and environmental benefits of the process. The production practice of the paper mill proved that the waste water treatment process was stable, reliable and cost-effective. It provides a strong guarantee for the clean production of the paper mill.
