Abstract:Kappa analyzer is a kind of on-line analyzer for real-time monitoring fiber Kappa value and whiteness value of pulping line. It has the characteristics of reliability, timeliness and accuracy. Based on many years construction and maintenance experiences in pulp line, this paper introduced the working principle, basic components, daily maintenance and repair of Kappa analyzer.
