摘要:本研究建立了一种顶空-离子分子反应质谱联用(HS-IMR-MS)测定烟用纸质包装中14种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。该方法以三乙酸甘油酯为溶剂,氟苯为内标,使用静态顶空仪对烟用纸质包装进行样品前处理,再利用离子分子反应质谱对挥发性有机物进行定量分析。对该方法的分析参数进行优化后发现,以汞做电离源,样品在90℃下平衡40 min,分析效果最佳。方法学考察结果显示,检出限为0.003~0.058 mg/m2,定量限为0.009~0.207 mg/m2,3个加标水平的平均回收率在94.51%~104.69%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.50%~7.20%。该结果表明,顶空-离子分子反应质谱法操作简单,准确性较高,作为烟用纸质包装中挥发性有机物测定的一种新方法,可适用于烟用纸质包装中挥发性有机物的快速分析。
Abstract:A determination method for 14 kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in paper packaging for cigarette by headspace coupled with ion-molecule reaction mass spectrometry (HS-IMR-MS) was established. In this method,glycerol triacetate was used as dissolventand fluorobenzene was used as internal standard, paper packaging for cigarette samples were pretreated with static headspace instrument. Quantitative analysis of VOCs using IMR-MS was carried out. After optimizing the analysis parameters of the method, it was found that the analysis effect was the best when Hg was used as the ionization source, and the sample was equilibrated at 90°C for 40 min. The results of methodological study demonstrated that the detection limits of target compounds were 0.003 to 0.058 mg/m2 and quantitation limits were 0.009 to 0.207 mg/m2. The average recoveries were in the range from 94.51% to 104.69% at three spike levels, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were range from 1.50% to 7.20%. The results showed that HS-IMR-MS as a new method for the determination of VOCs, it could be applied to the rapid analysis of VOCs in paper packaging for cigarette due to its simple operation and high accuracy.
