抗紫外水性聚氨酯施胶剂的制备及应用

摘要:以自制2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮(UV-531)为水性聚氨酯抗紫外改性剂,合成了一系列具有紫外吸收特性的水性聚氨酯乳液(UVWPU)。采用1H NMR、FTIR、DLS、UV-Vis等对改性后的水性聚氨酯进行结构表征和性能测试。将UVWPU乳液应用于纸张表面施胶,探讨了UVWPU乳液对纸张表面施胶性能的影响。 1H NMR、FTIR分析表明UV-531已成功引入到UVWPU分子链上;当w (UV-531)= 2.0%(质量分数)时,UVWPU乳液粒径为54.89nm;与纯水性聚氨酯(UVWPU0)乳液相比,UVWPU4乳液的紫外光吸光度提升了585.7%。UVWPU乳液具有良好的纸张表面施胶性能,施胶纸张的最大抗张指数及耐折度分别可达50.7N?m?g-1、76次,白度损失可降低9.16%。
Abstract:A series of aqueous polyurethane emulsions (UVWPU) with UV absorption properties were successfully prepared by introducing self-made 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxybenzophenone (UV-531) as an aqueous polyurethane anti-UV modifier. The structure and properties of the modified aqueous polyurethane were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, DLS, UV-Vis, and the like. The UVWPU emulsion was applied to the surface of the paper to investigate the effect of UVWPU emulsion on the surface sizing performance of the paper. 1H NMR and FTIR analysis showed that UV-531 has been successfully introduced into the UVWPU molecular chain. When w (UV-531) = 2.0%(mass fraction), the particle size of UVWPU emulsion was 54.89 nm. The UV absorbance of the UVWPU4 emulsion increased by 585.7% compared to the pure waterborne polyurethane (UVWPU0) emulsion. UVWPU emulsion has good sizing performance on paper surface. The maximum Tensile index and folding resistance of sized paper can reach 50.7N? m?g-1 and 76 times respectively, and the whiteness loss can be reduced by 9.16%.
