摘要:纤维素/ZnO复合膜的良好性能是决定其高值化应用的关键前提。本研究采用溶胶-凝胶法制备ZnO,进一步通过旋涂退火处理获得性能优异的纤维素/ZnO复合膜。研究表明提高退火温度,纤维素/ZnO复合膜的透光率呈现先降低后趋于平稳的趋势。当退火温度为23℃时,纤维素/ZnO复合膜的透光率高达89.6%,升高退火温度会轻微降低复合膜的透光率至85%。退火温度和旋涂转速会影响纤维素/ZnO复合膜的热稳定性能,增加退火温度和旋涂转速会提高复合膜的热稳定性能。在80℃和2000 rpm的处理条件下,可以诱发形貌比较均匀的纤维素/ZnO复合膜。以此纤维素/ZnO复合膜为基底制备绿色透明导电膜,可以显著提高导电膜的导电性能。 |
Abstract:The good properties of cellulose/ZnO composite film are a key point, which is decisive for its application. This study employed sol-gel method to prepare ZnO on a cellulose film, and subsequently harvested desirable cellulose/ZnO composite film by spin-coating and annealing treatments. The results showed that the increase of annealing temperature can slightly decrease the transparency of cellulose/ZnO composite film by followed a plateau. The cellulose/ZnO composite film presented a superior transparency of 89.6% at 23℃, and lower transparency of about 85% due to increased annealing temperature with the 2000 rpm spinning speed. In addition, both spin-coating and annealing treatments made important effect on the thermal stability of cellulose/ZnO composite film, where the thermal stability was promoted due to the improvement of annealing temperature and spinning speed. Based on the above, a desirable cellulose/ZnO film with uniform morphologies was prepared under the conditions of 80℃ and 2000 rpm. The cellulose/ZnO composite film can be considered as a positive substrate with improved conductivity, thus a green, transparent and conductive film. |
