摘要:为了研究钾钠含量对卷烟纸热分析参数和烟气常规成分的影响,采用同步热分析仪获得了7种定量、透气度和纤维素及填料含量基本相同,但钾、钠离子含量不同的卷烟纸在氧化气氛中各失重阶段的起始温度、终止温度、峰值温度、重量变化和热释放量等热分析参数;同时将上述卷烟纸在某卷烟品牌上分别进行卷烟,并对卷烟主流烟气中总粒相物、烟碱、水分、焦油和CO等常规成分进行了测量。结果表明:(1)卷烟纸的热分解主要包括吸附水散失、纤维素热氧化分解、焦碳燃烧和碳酸钙的分解等4个热失重过程;(2)在柠檬酸根离子量为0.7%-2.0%和钾钠离子总量为0.38%-1.0%的范围内,卷烟纸中钾、钠离子含量的改变对主流烟气中水分无明显的影响,但其含量的增加会导致总粒相物、烟碱、焦油和CO的释放量下降,其原因可能主要是由于钾、钠离子的介入,尤其是钾离子的介入,导致了纤维素热氧化分解峰值温度的降低,以及主反应区的热释放量增加而引起的。 |
Abstract:In order to study the effect of potassium and sodium content on the thermal analysis parameters of cigarette paper and the routine components in mainstream cigarette smoke, seven kinds of cigarette papers with the same grammage,air permeability,content of cellulose and filler but different potassium and sodium content,were analyzed by simultaneous TG/DSC detection in the oxidizing atmosphere. Thermal analysis parameters such as initial temperature, termination temperature, peak temperature, weight loss and heat release at different weightlessness stages were obtained. At the same time, the above cigarette papers were used to make cigarettes on a cigarette brand, and the total particulate matter(TPM), nicotine, moisture, tar and CO in mainstream cigarette smoke were measured. The results show that: (1) the thermal weightlessness processes of the cigarette papers can be subdivided into four distinct stages, i.e. the loss of adsorbed water, the thermal oxidative degradation of the cellulose, the combustion of fixed carbon and the decomposition of calcium carbonate. (2) Within the range of 0.7%-2.0% citrate ion and 0.38%-1.0% potassium and sodium ion, the change of potassium and sodium ion content in cigarette paper has no obvious effect on moisture content in mainstream smoke, but the increase of their content will lead to the decrease of TPM, nicotine, tar and CO release. The reason may be mainly due to the intervention of potassium and sodium ions, especially potassium ions, which results in the decrease of peak temperature in the thermal oxidative degradation of the cellulose, and the increase of heat release in the main reaction zone. |
