Abstract:The effects of pre-hydrolysis solid-liquid ratio, heat preservation time and maximum temperature on the main components of eucalyptus and sugar content in pre-hydrolysis liquid were investigated. The single factor method was used to conduct pre-hydrolysis experiments of eucalyptus, and the pre-hydrolyzed eucalyptus and pre-hydrolysis liquor were analyzed. The results showed that when the solid-liquid ratio is 1: 6, at a maximum temperature of 160 °C for 60 min, the effect of pre-hydrolysis is the best, the yield is 82.9 %, α-cellulose retention rate is 90.4 %, pentose removal rate is 61.6 %, and total lignin removal rate is 35.4 %.The highest content in the pre-hydrolysis liquor is xylose, the lowest content is mannose, the xylose in the pre-hydrolysis liquor can be extracted for high-value utilization. |
