摘要:纸机生产出来的纸卷不能直接使用,需要对纸卷进行复卷。在这里通过对复卷机工艺流程简单介绍,分别对纸幅张力、速度和纠偏进行了设计,采用罗克韦尔PLC作为主控制器,结合伺服驱动器和伺服电机等,从而实现对纸幅张力的稳定控制,在实际生产中取得良好的控制效果。
Abstract:The paper roll produced by the paper machine cannot be used directly, and the paper roll needs to be rerolled. Here through a brief introduction of the rewinding machine process, the paper web tension, speed and deviation correction are designed respectively. Rockwell PLC is used as the main controller, combined with the servo driver and servo motor, etc. The stable control has achieved good control effect in actual production.
