摘要:摘要:PM9高档双胶纸A在某印刷厂印刷过程中,曾出现掉粉严重、糊版、部分卷筒断纸现象,经现场查看及取样检测,分析证明主要原因为纸张表面强度强度低,正反面强度偏差大,反面偏低所引起。文章主要介绍了如何提高PM9成纸表面强度,改善反面强度的措施探索。通过优化打浆工艺和湿部助留助滤系统、成纸强度得到提高;而通过调整网部的脱水曲线可显著地提高反面表面强度;优化施胶工艺,改善干燥曲线优化软压光工艺等也是提高纸页强度的较为有效的措施。
Abstract:During the printing process of PM9 offset paper grade A in a printing factory, serious powder loss, plate paste and partial web break occurred. Through on-site inspection and sampling inspection, the analysis shows that the main reason is that the surface strength of the paper is low, the strength deviation between paper side and back side is large, and the opposite strength is low. This paper mainly discusses how to increase the surface strength of PM9 paper, and improve backside paper strenth.By optimizing refining process,adjusting retention and filtration system of wetend we increased paper strength;and by adjusting the dewatering curve of the wire section back side strength can be significantly improved;Tuning sizing parameter, improving drying curve and increasing soft calendering linear pressure are also solutions to higher the paper surface strength.
