摘要:对四种纤维原料进行了形貌分析,通过调节四种玻璃纤维的配比和滤材定量,制备了平均流量孔径接近而厚度不同的滤材。在平均流量孔径接近的基础上,探究了玻璃纤维过滤材料厚度对液体过滤性能的影响。多次通过实验结果表明,本论文制备的滤材在平均流量孔径接近的情况下,相同平均过滤比对应的颗粒粒径尺寸接近。四种厚度的滤材在实验前50分钟压差接近,到达终止压差时间随滤材厚度的增大而延长;纳污容量随滤材厚度的增大而提高,厚度为0.12 mm的滤材纳污容量为38.7 g/m2,厚度为0.84 mm的滤材纳污容量为82.1 g/m2。厚度增加了7倍,纳污容量仅增大了2.12倍,纳污容量增加倍数和滤材厚度增加倍数不一致,但二者存在线性关系。 |
Abstract:The morphology analysis of four fiber raw materials was carried out. By adjusting the content of the four glass fibers and the quantification of the filter media, different thickness filter media with similar average flow pore diameter were prepared. Based on the similar average flow pore diameter, the effect of thickness of filter media on liquid filtration performance was illustrated. The results of multi-pass experiments show that the filter media prepared in this paper have similar particle diameters with the same average filtration ratio when the average flow pore diameter is close.The pressure drop of four filter media was similar for the first 50 minutes,, while the time reaching the end pressure drop varies with the thickness of filter media.The dust holding capacity increased as the thickness of filter media increased. The filter media with a thickness of 0.12 mm is 38.7 g/m2, and the filter media with a thickness of 0.84 mm is 82.1 g/m2.The filter media thickness increased by 7 times, and the dust holding capacity only increased by 2.12 times. The increase in dust holding capacity and the filter media thickness increase were not consistent,there is a linear relationship between the two. |
