| 摘要:本课题从造纸企业选址决策目标出发，首先分析造纸企业的选址现状以及造纸企业的选址决策因素,其次运用层次分析法构建造纸企业选址决策模型，通过计算确定影响企业选址准则层因素的综合权重,最后建立模糊评价模型;对随机选取的3个备选地点洛阳、太仓、湖州进行评价，确定出太仓为造纸企业选址的最优决策方案，并在此基础上提出相应的建议。 |
| Abstract:This paper started from the decision-making goal of papermaking enterprises’location selection， firstly analyzed the status quo of the papermaking enterprises’ site selection and the decision-making factors for the papermaking enterprises’ location selection. Secondly， using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the decision-making model of papermaking enterprises’ site selection， and calculating the comprehensive weights that determine the factors affecting the selection criteria of the company’s site. Finally， a fuzzy evaluation model was established to evaluate the three alternative locations in Luoyang， Taicang and Huzhou， and Taicang was selected as the optimal option for papermaking enterprises. Finally， the corresponding suggestions were put forward． |
