摘要
本文按照产品类型,对近年来国内企业申请的关于加热烟草芯材制备工艺和技术相关的专利进行了统计、分析、梳理归纳,重点从专利的角度对国内加热烟草芯材制备工艺和技术的研究进展进行了综述。分析表明,基于造纸法、稠浆法、辊压法、干法4种工艺进行加热烟草芯材制备的专利数量共52件,其中辊压法数量最多,造纸法、干法数量相近,稠浆法最少,烟草行业申请数量占92.3%。
全球控烟形势下,以加热烟草为代表的新型烟草制品发展迅速,逐渐成为各大跨国烟草企业应对新形势的现实选
加热烟草的核心原料是烟草薄片。烟草薄片是由烟草废料加工处理后的产品,是尼古丁、发烟剂、香精香料、浓缩液的载体。一般来讲,燃烧型卷烟和加热烟草卷烟的气溶胶的构成包括热裂解产物、热裂解过程中的氧化还原反应产物、香气物质的干馏产物,但燃烧型卷烟在抽吸过程中温度可达600~900 ℃,气溶胶中的苯并芘、TSNAs、酚类化合物、苯乙烯等有害物质含量较高;加热烟草卷烟的加热温度较低,一般为250~350 ℃,其依靠加热发烟剂产生气溶胶带出香气,热裂解产物的形成相对较少。国外相关研究表明,加热烟草卷烟的有害物质释放相对于传统卷烟低90%以
面对加热烟草未来庞大的发展空间和市场潜力,除去此类产品自身的优势和专利技术的加持,加热烟草芯材的生产与研发同样占有重要地位。相比于其他文献资料,专利文献信息在一定程度上能够有效且全面地反映某一领域的技术发展现
国内关于加热烟草卷烟的专利数量较多,但作为加热卷烟核心组成的芯材部分的专利布局较少。根据检索,截止2023年2月,基于造纸法、稠浆法、辊压法、干法四大工艺进行加热烟草芯材制备的专利数量仅52个,各工艺涉及的专利数量对比如

截止2022年底,经国家局批准的烟草薄片生产点共14个,批准总生产能力16.5万t/年,而目前烟草薄片的总需求量基本保持在8~9万t/年,企业生产率仅为核定产能的48%~55%左右。基于常规造纸法烟草薄片生产工艺制备加热烟草芯材是最有效、经济的选择。由于传统造纸法烟草薄片的基片成形、浸涂等核心工艺存在局限性,极易在高涂布率制备过程出现结块、黏连等现象,因此常规造纸法烟草薄片工艺制备得到的加热烟草卷烟芯材,其热水可溶物含量一般为35%~42%,同时产品存在致密性差、导热性能差、发烟效果差、香气不足、易吸潮等问题,制约了其在新型烟草制品,尤其是中心加热型加热烟草制品中的应用。

稠浆法烟草薄片的生产是将烟草物料粉碎后掺入到带有胶黏剂、增强剂、保润剂的水溶液中,搅拌均匀后形成浆状物,均匀地铺展在一条不锈钢带上进行干燥,铲剥后即形成烟草薄片。稠浆法烟草薄片中的核心组成成分(原料粉末、外纤、烟雾生成剂、黏合剂等)可在芯材中均匀分布,该法制备的烟草薄片均质化程度较高,具有导热性能高和热传递效率高等特点,是目前加热烟草芯材尤其是中心加热型加热烟草芯材的主要制备工艺。菲莫烟草公司是较早开展相关工艺技术研究的跨国烟草公司,其在稠浆法制备加热烟草芯材方面具有垄断地位,在配方设计组成、制备工艺、产品上均有严密的专利布局。菲莫烟草公司对于稠浆法制备工艺的精进和研发,有效促进了加热烟草卷烟专用烟草薄片制备工艺的整体发展,受菲莫烟草公司在稠浆法制备加热烟草芯材领域知识产权布局的影响,国内关于稠浆法制备加热烟草芯材的专利布局较少。

辊压法是将经过粉碎后的烟草原料与胶黏剂、增强剂、保润剂、水等物料按一定比例混合,搅拌均匀后,形成松散的团粒状,然后通过辊压机辊压形成片状,再进行干燥的一种工艺。辊压工艺具备设备简单、能耗少、成本低、适于中小规模生产的特点,但由于辊压法理化指标调控性能差、成品耐加工性能差、密度高、填充值低等自身工艺及成品品质缺陷,逐步被造纸法工艺所替代。然而基于加热烟草芯材高密度、高导热性能的需求,依托辊压法生产工艺制备的加热烟草芯材产品仍可满足产品质量需求。

干法烟草薄片技术是借鉴干法造纸技术发展起来的新型烟草薄片生产技术,是烟草薄片发展的新产物,其特点是以净化空气替代水作为物料分散和传输的介质。由于在上网成形过程中几乎不使用水,故称为干法烟草薄片。近年来,干法工艺也逐步应用于加热烟草芯材产品的开发及生产。

国内用于加热烟草芯材制备的造纸法、稠浆法、辊压法、干法4种工艺具有各自的特色和优缺点,具体包括以下几点。
(1)造纸法工艺制备的加热烟草芯材,具有物理强度高、不宜破碎、理化指标可调可控的优势;然而,由于加热烟草芯材成形过程中有效物质的加载主要依靠载体基材的吸收为主,造成芯材的有效物质加载量较低、单位体积的质量轻、热传导性能差导致烟气的生成不足、香气不足等品质缺陷,通常只能适用于周向(即环绕)加热或者环绕-中心组合加热的模式的加热器中。
(2)稠浆法工艺制备的加热烟草芯材厚度及定量的稳定性、传热性能较好,同时由于其具有较高的有效物质含量,其烟雾及香气量的产生较好,是目前中心加热型加热烟草芯材的主流制备工艺技术;然而,稠浆法混合浆料的水分含量较高,达80%左右,造成其在后续的干燥过程中香气及气溶胶生成剂的损失。
(3)辊压法工艺与稠浆法工艺相似性较大,工艺相对简单,其制备的加热烟草芯材能较大程度地保留烟草物质的原有品质及特征,同时在成形过程中,混合物料水分含量较低,仅20%~30%左右,对生产能耗的要求较低,香气及气溶胶形成剂的损失较少;但其抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标及耐加工性能较差,容易在卷制成芯的过程中发生断裂,影响连续生产。
(4)干法工艺制备的加热烟草芯材结构较为适宜,烟雾及香气量的产生较好,能较好匹配中心加热型加热烟草卷烟烟具;然而,外纤在干法成形为载体基材过程中的均匀性及厚度等物理指标的波动较大,造成后续涂布过程中有效物质的负载均匀性较差,最终造成成品理化指标的波动较大。
加热烟草制品的政策监管在国内市场稳步推进,随着国内新型烟草制品尤其是加热烟草制品的发展及行业政策的进一步开放,参与新型烟草产业链的企业将享受行业所带来的红利。加热烟草制品的技术壁垒较高,主要体现在加热烟草芯材加工技术上。
我国在加热烟草芯材上的制备主要是通过造纸法、稠浆法、辊压法和干法4种方法。除稠浆法之外,造纸法、干法及辊压法等制备加热烟草芯材的方法也在飞速发展,各制备工艺之间的界线,尤其是稠浆及辊压法工艺日趋模糊,可以相互借鉴,突破固化的技术认知、探索新技术,以突破国外菲莫及其他跨国烟草公司的专利技术封锁,彰显鲜明的中式特色将是未来行业发展的主要途径之一。
