摘要:针对目前造纸设备从厂商售出到不同地域后,如何实现高效、可靠的远程集中化监视的问题,设计并实现了一个结合物联网通信的造纸设备远程监视系统。用户端与智能网关通过部署在云端的MQTT服务器,使用MQTT协议的发布/订阅机制实现对空间上广泛分布的造纸设备进行集中化远程管理和运行监视。利用云端存储的大量历史数据,为生产决策提供科学依据,有利于提高企业的生产效率,降低维护成本。通过以高频摇网器设备为例的测试,验证了该系统具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。
Abstract:Aiming at the problem facing by the papermaking equipment suppliers that how to realize efficient and reliable remote monitor the papermaking equipment sold to different regions, a monitoring system combining Internet of things was designed and implemented. The monitoring center and intelligent gateway implemented centralized remote management and operation monitoring of papermaking equipment widely distributed in different regions through the MQTT server deployed in the cloud, using the MQTT protocol topic subscription/messaging mechanism.In the meantime,the plenty of the historical data stored in cloud server could help to make scientific decision, increase the production efficiency and reduce the cost by using data mining and information processing technology.In the end,the stability and reliability of the system were pretty good proved by high frequency vibrator testing.
