基于内模控制的卷纸机恒张力控制系统设计

摘要:纸机张力具有模型不固定,速度和张力耦合强,受干扰因素多等特点,传统的PID控制不能满足生产要求,针对卷纸机的收卷提出了一种张力内模控制(IMC)法。根据IMC算法对卷纸机的收卷段张力设计了控制器,并用MATLAB进行仿真。结果表明,采取IMC法对张力进行控制要比传统PID控制性能更优越,可实现卷纸机张力稳定,同时能够克服外界干扰的影响。
Abstract:The paper machine tension has the characteristics of unfixed model, strong coupling of speed and tension, and many disturbance factors.The traditional PID control can not meet the production requirements.Here, an internal model control(IMC) was proposed for the reel rewinding.According to the internal model algorithm, a controller for the tension of rewinding of the reel was designed and the simulation using matlab was performed.The results showed that the internal mold tension control was superior to the traditional control performance, and it realized stable tension of the rewinding and overcoming the influence of outside interference.
