摘要:本文通过对最新的国内外废纸分类标准对比，分析识别出各项标准规定的差异，并得出相较于国内废纸分类标准，国际主流废纸分类的精细化程度高、但限量相对宽松的结论。为相关方优化管理和贸易方案提供技术基础。

Abstract:By comparing the latest classification standards of waste paper at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and identifies the differences between the standards and regulations, and draws the conclusion that the classification of waste paper in the international mainstream is more detailed than that in China, but the limit is relatively lese strict. It provides technical basis for related parties to optimize management and trade programs.
