表面淀粉胶净化技术在箱纸板生产中的应用

摘要:分析了传统造纸施胶机系统存在的问题，研究了表面淀粉胶循环系统改造后的影响。并对箱纸板生产过程中表面淀粉胶中的杂质来源和成分进行了分析，结合实验室的研究结果，制定了一套完整的表面淀粉胶运行过程的净化改造方案；在系统改造后，解决了淀粉胶中纤维和其他杂质的累积问题，使表面淀粉胶黏度、浓度和纸板挂胶量更稳定、耐破度和耐折度都得到不同程度提高，同时减少了因刮棒堵塞而停机清理的次数和时间，杜绝了纸板的漏涂问题。

Abstract:The trouble of traditional surface sizing system in linerboard production was analyzed，the influence of rebuilding the circulatory system with adopting surface sizing starch cleaning technology was studied. The source of impurity and constituent in the siging strch were analyzed. And combined with the laboratory findings，a complete operation scheme of the scheming sizing starch purification was developed. The fibers and large impurities in the starch could be effectively removed. Viscosity and concentration of the starch in the process of circulation were stabilized after rebuilding. The burst strength and folding endurance of the linerboard were improved in various degrees. The times and frequency of paper break were decreased, and missing coating phenomena couldbe avoided.
