摘要:随着生活用纸市场竞争的加剧,以及节能降耗的低碳经济之路政策的推进,生活用纸企业纷纷新建车速800 m/min以上的中高速卫生纸机,但中高速卫生纸机在打浆控制、质量控制、干燥部节能和传动控制等方面尚存一些技术问题需要突破。本课题提出打浆度在线软测量及恒打浆度控制、定量在线软测量及绝干浆量控制、干燥部能耗协同控制、同步传动控制等控制策略,并开发了集成优化控制系统。应用结果表明,打浆度控制误差低于±0.5°SR,浆耗低于1.05 t浆/t纸; 实现了在无定量水分在线检测装置条件下的绝干浆量精确控制,控制误差低于±0.4 g/m2;汽耗低于2.03 t汽/t纸,稳定生产车速达1300 m/min。 |
Abstract:Medium and high speed tissue paper machines, with running speed higher than 800 m/min, were launched in many enterprises due to market competition intensifying, and the implementation of the policies of energy-saving and low-carbon economic. However many technical problems included beating control, basis weight control, energy-saving of drying section and driving control were needed to be solved. To solve those problems, online soft measurement and control strategy of beating degree, online soft measurement method of basis weight, energy consumption synergistic control algorithm of dryer section and three-points driving control method of driving system were proposed in this study, finally. An integrated optimization control system was developed based on the software platform of WinCC, Step7 and PCS7. The practical running effect showed that the error of beating degree was smaller than ±0.5°SR, and the stock consumption was less than 1.05 tons per ton peper. The precise control of basis weight was realized, without equipping with online quality control system (QCS), the error was lower than ±0.4 g/m2. The average steam consumption of drying section was lower than 2.03 tons. The stable running speed could reach 1300 m/min. |
