摘要:介绍欧盟法规关于厨房用纸和餐巾纸的指南要求，着重分析其对生活用纸的良好生产规范（GMP，Good Manufacturing Practices)的要求，并对我国生活用纸生产过程符合欧盟法规中GMP的合规程度进行初步探讨。

Abstract:The guidline requirments concerning kitchen towel and napkins paper in EU regulation were introduced,and particularly the requirement for tissue paper in compliance with GMP（Good Manufacturing Practices）was analyzed, and the compliance of GMP for tissue paper production in China was discussed.
