摘要:利用吸附动力学、热力学模型对不同种类和级分的纸浆纤维进行水性油墨颗粒的吸附行为分析。结果表明,准二级吸附动力学模型适用于描述水性油墨颗粒的吸附过程;对于不同级分漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(SBKP)纤维,水性油墨颗粒在P50/R100级分上具有最大吸附量,比R30级分多1 mg/g,其吸附速率在初始阶段比R30级分的快2倍;油墨颗粒在针叶木热磨机械浆(TMP)纤维上的吸附量比在SBKP纤维上的明显减少,最大吸附量的降幅为0.8 mg/g;两种纸浆中的油墨颗粒在纸浆纤维上的吸附过程遵循Freundlich等温吸附,该过程是一个自发的放热过程。不同级分的SBKP纤维中水性油墨在R30级分纤维上有最大吸附焓变,P50/R100级分纤维上有最大的吸附熵变。
Abstract:In order to improve the quality of wastepaper pulp and to enhance the utilization efficiency of secondary fibers, the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics models were used in this study to analyze the adsorption behavior of water-based ink particles onto different kinds of fibers and different fiber fractions. The results showed that the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetic model was suitable for describing the adsorption process of water-based ink particles. For different fractions of SBKP fiber, water-based ink particles had the largest adsorption capacity onto the P50/R100 fraction, the adsorption capacity of the ink particle onto the R30 fiber fraction was 1 mg/g lower, its adsorption rate at the initial stage was 2 times faster than that onto the R30 fiber fraction. The adsorption capacity of TMP fiber was smaller than that of SBKP fiber, and the maximum adsorption capacity of the former was 0.8 mg/g lower than that of the later. In addition, the adsorption process of water-based ink particles on pulp fibers followed the Freundlich isotherm adsorption, and this process was a spontaneous and exothermic process. Water-based ink adsorbed on R30 fraction of SBKP had the largest adsorption enthalpy change, and on the P50/R100 fiber fraction had the largest adsorption entropy change.
