摘要:探讨了α-淀粉酶处理条件对废纸中淀粉类有机物降解效果影响,并对浆料净化效果进行了初探。结果表明,当采用α-淀粉酶对废纸箱生产瓦楞原纸废纸浆进行处理,在浆浓10%、酶用量0.5%、pH值6.5、70℃条件下处理60 min时,处理后淀粉类有机物降解率近60%;处理后废纸浆白水的Zeta电位绝对值和阳离子需求量分别降低17.2%和20%,说明浆料得到了一定程度的净化;酶处理后浆料手抄片强度较对照组略有下降,但净化后浆料在阳离子淀粉作为增强剂应用中,在阳离子淀粉用量低于0.25%情况下比对照组增强效果更好,相关机理待进一步研究。
Abstract:The effects of α-amylase treatment on the degradation of starch compounds in waste paper pulp and the purification of slurry were studied. The results showed that after 60 minutes of treatment with α-amylase at pulp consistency of 10%, enzyme dosage of 0.5%, pH value of 6.5 and 70℃, the starch degradation rate was nearly 60%. Zeta potential absolute value and cationic demand of white water of waste paper pulp were reduced by 17.2% and 20%, which indicated that the pulp was purified. The strength of handsheet of pulp treated with α-amylase was slightly lower than that of the control sample, but the purified pulp was more sensitive to the application of cationic starch as an enhancer than the control group when the amount of cationic starch was less than 0.25%.
