摘要:对某企业的纸机烘缸进行定期检验,发现烘缸壁厚减薄量较大以及端盖内壁存在7处不同程度的凹坑缺陷。为安全起见,对纸机烘缸进行整体应力分析和凹坑缺陷部位局部应力分析,结果表明,在工作荷载作用下该烘缸的应力强度满足运行至下一检验周期(3年)的安全要求,整体应力分析和凹坑缺陷部位局部应力分析表明纸机烘缸应力强度满足相关标准中的评定要求。
Abstract:Through regular inspection of dryer, it was found that the wall thickness of dryer was greatly reduced and there were 7 pits in the inner wall of cover. For the sake of safety, the overall stress analysis and local stress analysis of the pit defects location were carried out for the dryer, the results showed that under the working load, the stress intensity of the dryer could meet the safety requirements of running to the next inspection cycle(three years), and the overall stress analysis and local stress analysis of the pit defects location were passed.
