浅谈国内含自备电厂的制浆造纸企业碳排放核算和应对措施

摘要:本文分析了当前我国制浆造纸行业发展现状、能源消费情况和国家建立的有关碳交易市场的要求，计算了含自备电厂制浆造纸企业电力、热力、辅助燃料等使用造成的碳排放，核算了包括二氧化碳及其他温室气体碳当量，提出了通过回收制浆废水余热、提高碱回收炉产汽率等低碳技术和采用树皮木屑、光伏、风力发电等清洁能源替代煤炭等方法来降低企业碳排放，同时利用管理和市场手段相互配合达到减排目标。

Abstract:In this paper， the development situation and energy consumption of China’s pulp and paper enterprises with captive power plant， as well as the requirement of establishing the national carbon trading market of the country were analyzed. The energy consumption and the carbon emissions of China’s pulp and paper enterprises with captive power plant was calculated， carbon equivalents for carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas was accounted. Finally suggestion of optimizing energy structure and developing low-carbon technologies to reduce carbon emissions was put forward，such as recovering waste heat from pulping wastewater， improving steam production rate of alkali recovery furnace， and using clean energy such as bark sawdust， photovoltaic and wind power generation to replace coal. Simultaneously using the management and the market instrument was achieved the carbon emissions reduction target.
