摘要:纸张作为一种绿色材料在摩擦纳米发电机的制备中获得了越来越多的关注。本文简单介绍了摩擦纳米发电机的结构和工作原理,着重分析总结了纸基摩擦纳米发电机的制备与应用,并按照纸张在摩擦纳米发电机中的作用,将纸基纳米摩擦发电机分为3类:纸张作为基板材料、纸张作为摩擦带电材料以及纸张同时作为电极基板与摩擦带电材料的摩擦纳米发电机;并介绍了近年来各类纸基摩擦纳米发电机的结构组成、性能和简单应用。 |
Abstract:Papers made of cellulose fibers have attracted more and more attentions as a green and cost-effective material in fabrication of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG). Herein, the fabrication and application of newly developed paper-based TENG were reviewed and analyzed after conventional TENGs were simply introduced. The paper-based TENG were divided into three categories according to the role of paper in construction of TENG, i.e., paper acted as a substrate, a triboelectric material or both as substrate and triboelectric material. |
