造纸厂空压机余热回收利用的设计与应用

摘要:介绍了造纸厂对螺杆式空压机进行余热回收利用的改造方法,不仅降低了空压机的运行温度,保证了空压机设备正常运行,还利用回收的热量提高了生产工艺需要的温水温度,从而节约生产温水需要的电能,在有空压机的造纸厂中有很好的示范作用。
Abstract:This paper introduced the rebuilding process for waste heat recovery and utilization. The result showed that the rebuilding not only reduced the operating temperature of air compressor to ensure its normal operation, but also used the recovered heat to increase the temperature of warm water required by production process, so as to save the electric energy required for warm water production. This rebuilding experience could be the reference for the paper mills using air compressors.
