摘要:20年的旧纸机仪表存在技术资料、配件缺失、设备布局需调整、控制系统逻辑和连锁需重新编程组态等技术难题，在对纸机仪表进行技术改造过程中，制定技术方案和施工方案等施工准备工作及联合有经验的设备服务人员参与仪表调试对技改成功起到很大作用。本文对旧纸机仪表调试和技改项目施工经验总结，为仪表技术人员提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The 20-years old paper machine instrument had technical problems such as technical data， missing parts， equipment layout need to be adjusted， control system logic and interlocking need to be reprogrammed and configured. To solve these problems， in the process of technical transformation of paper machine instruments， the development of technical plans and construction plans and other construction preparations and the participation of experienced equipment service personnel in instrument commissioning played an important role in the success of technical reforms. This paper summarized the old paper machine instrument debugging and technical renovation project construction experience， provided reference and reference for instrument technicians.
