摘要:本文论述了专业期刊资源在开展轻化工程专业课程教学改革中的作用。以轻化工程专业《造纸原理与工程》课程为例,首先分析了采用传统教学方式讲授专业课程存在的问题,在此基础上,采用线上线下混合式教学模式,利用专业期刊资源开展教学改革,总结分析了实施方法及取得的效果。主要包括:文献案例的引入对知识应用能力的提升,对线上线下混合式教学的辅助作用,以及对考核方式的丰富与完善。专业期刊资源的引入,不仅有利于培养学生理论联系实践的能力,提高思维水平,而且还能将课程内容与行业前沿、研究热点相联系,拓展学生视野,有效地提高了教学效果和学生培养质量。
Abstract:The role of professional periodical resources in implementation of the light chemical engineering teaching reform was discussed. Taking the course of Papermaking Principle and Engineering as an example, the problems existed in the traditional teaching mode of professional courses were analyzed. Then, the implementation methods and effects were summarized according to the implementation process of teaching reform, which included that the introduction of literature cases to improve the ability of knowledge application, the auxiliary effect on online and offline of blending learning, and the enrichment and improvement of the assessment methods. The results verified that the introduction of professional periodical resources was not only conducive to cultivating students' ability of combining theory with practice and improving their level of thinking analysis, but also could build the connection between course content and industry/academic focus. These were beneficial to expand students' horizons, and effectively improve the teaching effect and the quality of student training.
