摘要:通过动态蒸汽吸附实验,对以稠浆造纸法、稠浆法、造纸法和湿法造纸法制备的加热卷烟专用基片的吸水、保水性能及吸附机理进行了研究。结果表明,稠浆法制备的基片在低湿度下保水性最佳,相对湿度为0.85时,蒸汽吸附量为38.07%;造纸法制备的基片水吸附量最大,为43.17%。研究还发现,介孔结构有利于降低基片的失水速率,从而提高其保水性能。对吸附平衡过程和吸附动力学过程进行分析发现,蒸汽在基片上的吸附过程符合Freundlich吸附模型和Henderson吸附模型,吸附动力学符合拟一级吸附模型,即物理吸附控制过程。 |
Abstract:The water adsorption capacities, retention properties and adsorption mechanism of heated cigarette sheet substrates prepared by slurry-papermaking method, slurry method, papermaking method and wet papermaking method were studied via dynamic vapor sorption experiments. The results indicated that the product prepared by slurry method exhibited better water retention performance with adsorption capacity of 38.07% at RH=0.85, and that prepared by papermaking method exhibited most water adsorption capacity of 43.17%. Furthermore, the mesoporous structure was beneficial to reduce the water loss rate of the substrate to improve its water retention performance. The adsorption equilibrium process and adsorption kinetics process were analyzed, and it was found that the adsorption process of vapor on the substrates corresponded Freundlich model and Henderson model, and the adsorption kinetic corresponded pseudo-first-order kinetic model, indicating it was a physical adsorption control process. |
