摘要:近年来,基于机器视觉的纸病检测技术可以在纸张的生产过程中完成对纸张质量的监测和纸病信息反馈,所以一直是国内外相关领域的研究热点。但是随着纸机车速的加快和纸张幅宽的加大,尺寸小的纸病很难被检测出来,而且采集到的纸张图像质量差。针对在采集纸张图像过程中出现的横向波纹现象。通过香农采样定理的逆向分析,总结出横向波纹产生的原因;结合频闪成像技术,利用速度传感器、A/D转换电路和LED频闪电路设计了一种适用于纸机车速、相机扫描频率和LED光源频闪同步控制系统,借助纸病检测装置,通过采集纸机不同车速下的纸张图像,进行控制系统有效性的验证。结果表明该控制系统可以有效地提高纸张的成像质量,为纸病检测和识别奠定良好的基础。 |
Abstract:Aimed at the horizontal wave phenomenon in the process of collecting paper images, the reasons for the horizontal ripples were summarized through the inverse analysis of Shannon’s sampling theorem. Combined with stroboscopic imaging technology, a speed sensor, A/D conversion circuit and LED stroboscopic circuit were used to design a synchronization control system suitable for paper machine speed, camera scanning frequency and LED light source stroboscopic control. With the paper defect detection device independently designed by the research group, the effectiveness of the control system was verified by collecting paper images at different speeds of the paper machine. The results showed that the control system could effectively improve the imaging quality of paper, laying a good foundation for the detection and identification of paper defects. |
