摘要:良好的生物相容性和可降解性使纳米纤维素成为一种绿色材料,并广泛用于食品和化工等领域,将纳米纤维素进行氨基化改性得到的氨基纳米纤维素保留了纳米纤维素的优点,而且纤维表面的正电荷还增加了材料的抗菌性能,可应用于生物医药等领域。本文从纳米纤维素的制备入手,探讨了几类常见的纳米纤维素在制备方法和形貌尺寸等方面的特征和差异;重点介绍了纳米纤维素的氨基化改性方法,包括常用的氨基化试剂和改性工艺;最后综述了氨基纳米纤维素的抗菌机理和在抗菌材料中的应用。 |
Abstract:Nanocellulose was widely used as green material in food and chemical industry due to good biocompatibility and degradability. The amino nanocellulose obtained from the amination of nanocellulose retained the advantages of nanocellulose, and the positive charge on its surface endowed the amino nanocellulose with antibacterial properties to be used in biological and pharmaceutical industry. In this paper, the nanocellulose preparation methods were firstly introduced, the characteristics and differences on several kinds of nanocellulose in terms of preparation methods and morphological dimensions were discussed. And the amination methods of nanocellulose involving the commonly amination reagents and procedures were summarized. Finally, the antibacterial mechanism and applications of amino nanocellulose were reviewed. |
