摘要:本研究制备了以亚微米级玻璃棉为主体的微纳结构滤纸,探究了不同粒径过滤颗粒对滤纸过滤性能的影响。结果表明,粗纤维(平均直径0.69 μm)滤纸在特定粒径过滤颗粒下表现出优于细纤维(平均直径0.24 μm)滤纸的过滤性能。当过滤颗粒粒径≤100 nm时,粗纤维滤纸对80 nm和100 nm颗粒过滤的品质因子最大,过滤性能更好;当过滤颗粒粒径>100 nm时,滤纸对150、200和300 nm颗粒过滤的品质因子接近,此时粗纤维和细纤维滤纸的过滤性能接近。 |
Abstract:A micro-nano structure filter paper with submicron glass wool was prepared, and the influence of different particle diameter filter particles on the filtration performance of filter paper was explored. The results showed that the filter paper with crude fiber (average diameter of 0.69 μm) had better filtration performance than the filter paper with fine fiber (average diameter of 0.24 μm) under a specific particle size. When the filter particle size was less than or equal to 100 nm, the filter paper with crude fiber had the largest quality factor for 80 nm and 100 nm particles, and the filtration performance was better. When the filter particle size was greater than 100 nm, the filter paper had a similar quality factor for 150 nm, 200 nm and 300 nm particles, and the filtration performance of filter paper with crude fiber and filter paper with fine fiber was similar. |
