摘要:本研究通过比较纯水和不同质量分数碳酸氢钠水溶液对纸张表面pH值、色差、耐折度和抗张强度及耐老化性能的影响,对碳酸氢钠在古籍水相脱酸中的应用进行探讨。结果表明,质量分数0.2%的碳酸氢钠水溶液对我国古籍纸张表现出良好的脱酸效果。经过质量分数0.2%的碳酸氢钠水溶液脱酸后纸张表面pH值由3.96提高至7.75,老化前后纸张色差最小为0.41,纸张横向耐折度由1.58提高至2.69,纵向耐折度由1.64提高至2.86,可有效延缓纸张老化速度。
Abstract:The application of sodium bicarbonate in the aqueous phase deacidification towards the paper of Chinese ancient books was discussed by comparing the effects of pure water and sodium bicarbonate solution with different mass fraction on the pH value, color difference, folding resistance, tensile strength and aging resistance of paper surface. The results showed that sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.2% showed good deacidification effect and aging resistance on the paper of Chinese ancient books. The pH value of the paper surface was significantly increased from 3.96 to 7.75, the minimum color difference of the paper before and after aging was 0.41, the horizontal folding endurance of the paper was increased from 1.58 to 2.69, and the vertical folding resistance was increased from 1.64 to 2.86, which could effectively delay the aging speed of the paper.
